PulsePoints
The heartbeat of small improvements. A simple, predictable way to request small tactical works from Bellrock, without a separate commercial arrangement each time.
Small works, without the friction

Agree a quarterly allocation, then submit requests as needs arise, without individual purchase orders or formal project engagements each time. We confirm scope and points before you accept.

Configuration
Small configuration and permission changes as your requirements evolve.
Training
Training sessions, new-user guidance and adoption of unused features.

Ongoing improvement
A steady rhythm of small changes throughout your product journey.
From request to improvement
- Step 1
Raise a request
Your Points Guardian submits a request through Support, marked as a PulsePoints request.
- Step 2
Confirm the scope
We confirm eligibility, the expected outcome and points required. Work over two days follows the standard delivery process.
- Step 3
Accept and schedule
You accept the scope. Points are deducted to reserve resource, and the work is scheduled.
- Step 4
Delivery and sign-off
We deliver the agreed work and you confirm completion.
Your Points Guardians
Nominate one or more people to raise requests. Requests from non-Guardians are not accepted. Contact your Customer Success Manager in writing to add or change Guardians.
Plan ahead
Allow at least 10 business days before your target date. Spread requests across the quarter for smoother scheduling and to reduce the risk of unused points expiring.
Illustrative example: a Concerto data load is scoped at 1,500 points. Your Guardian accepts, the points are deducted from your quarterly balance and delivery is scheduled. This is not a fixed rate: every engagement is assessed on its own merits.
Value throughout your journey
Use the same subscription as your priorities change, from getting data and configuration right to improving analytics, training your teams and adopting new features.

Frequently asked questions
Why use PulsePoints instead of a standard order?
PulsePoints removes commercial friction for small, clearly defined tasks. Work above 6,000 points (approximately two days) goes through the standard delivery process as a separately scoped engagement.
Is there a fixed catalogue of services?
No. Each request is assessed individually at triage, giving you flexibility while ensuring fairness. Each request must relate to one clearly defined outcome; multiple requests cannot be bundled.
How many points will my request use?
Support or Customer Success assesses the request at triage and confirms the outcome and points with you before work begins. There is a minimum charge of 400 points and a maximum of 6,000 points per request.
When are points deducted?
Points are deducted when you accept the agreed scope, reserving Bellrock resource. Once accepted, points cannot be recredited. If the scope changes materially, the original request must be voided and a new request raised; the original points are consumed and cannot be transferred.
Do unused points roll over?
No. Unused points expire at quarter-end. Spread requests evenly across the quarter to avoid last-minute pressure. Once per subscription year, up to 25% of the following quarter's allocation can be brought forward with written Customer Success Manager approval.
What if we need more points?
You can upgrade at any time, with the fee difference charged pro-rata for the remaining period. All tier changes must be agreed in writing with your Customer Success Manager.
How can I check our remaining balance?
Your Points Guardian can request a current balance statement from your Customer Success Manager at any time.
Who can raise a request?
Only your named Points Guardians. Requests from other users are not accepted. You can nominate one or more Guardians and add or change them by contacting your Customer Success Manager in writing.
How much notice do you need?
Submit requests at least 10 business days before your target date. Late requests may move to the next delivery window or quarter. Delivery is scheduled after scope acceptance, not immediately on submission.
What if we start part-way through a quarter?
Partial quarters are invoiced pro-rata and the subscription is aligned to your existing Bellrock software contract. Your order form sets out the minimum term and applicable arrangements.
Subscription terms
Read these alongside your order form, Bellrock's master services agreement and the Support Charter. The master services agreement takes precedence in any conflict. Terms are subject to change at annual renewal.
Subscription and term
The minimum term is stated in your order form. Partial starting quarters are invoiced pro-rata. Following the minimum term, the subscription may be extended by mutual agreement. Early termination requires written agreement by both parties, documented in a separate addendum to the order form.
Billing and payment
The annual fee is invoiced in full at commencement and payable within 30 days. All fees exclude VAT. Bellrock reserves the right to suspend delivery where payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
Quarterly allocation and bring-forward
The annual allocation is divided equally across four calendar quarters, with points credited at the start of each quarter. Unused points expire at quarter-end and cannot be carried forward, transferred or redeemed for cash or credit. Once per subscription year, up to 25% of the following quarter's allocation may be brought forward with written Customer Success Manager approval.
Guardians and request scope
Only named Points Guardians can raise requests. Each request must have one clearly defined outcome, with a minimum charge of 400 points and a maximum of 6,000 points (approximately two days). Larger requests require a separately scoped engagement. Guardian changes must be made in writing through your Customer Success Manager.
Acceptance and changes to scope
Points are deducted on acceptance of the agreed scope to reserve resource and cannot be recredited. A material scope change requires the original request to be voided and a new request raised. Points from the original request are consumed in full and cannot be transferred to the new request.
Delivery and lead times
Requests require at least 10 business days' notice. Bellrock uses reasonable endeavours to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Requests with insufficient notice may be scheduled in the following quarter.
Point valuation and pricing
Points have no fixed published monetary value. Bellrock determines the points for each request at triage. During the minimum term, the subscription price and agreed discount are fixed. Tier upgrades during that term use the agreed discount at the current day rate. After the minimum term, pricing uses the prevailing standard day rate, with the agreed discount applied for the remaining contract duration.
Transferability
Subscriptions and balances are non-transferable. Points cannot be used for a third party or affiliated organisation not named in the subscription agreement.
Tier changes and upgrades
Upgrades are permitted at any time. Anniversary upgrades take effect from the start of the new contract year. Mid-term upgrades are charged pro-rata for the remainder of the year, with the quarterly allocation adjusted. Your agreed discount applies to the new tier's gross list price regardless of its published tier discount. All changes require written agreement with your Customer Success Manager.
Data handling
Customer data is processed in accordance with the data processing agreement under your existing Bellrock software agreement.
Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Bellrock is not liable for delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, industrial action or third-party system failures.
